ALISA MORGAN

Hi! My name is Alisa (pronounced Uh-Lisa) and I am the Operations Manager at Live Florida Realty. I attended Florida State University where I got my degree in Marketing, and went on to obtain my Mater’s Degree in Corporate Communication with a Certificate in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida (by the way, there’s only one real National Champion - GO NOLES🏈)! 

My journey in real estate happened by accident when I took a job for a competing brokerage to supplement my income while I was in graduate school. I quickly fell in love with this industry… and the rest is history!

As the Operations Manager my day-to-day can be very unpredictable. It is my job to oversee the business and our processes to ensure our agents have the tools they need to succeed and provide our clients with the best possible service. A big part of my role is managing workflows and the sales pipeline to ensure that our brokerage is acting in compliance with NAR standards and guidelines.

My favorite part of my job is that I learn something new every single day. Whether it be buying or selling, each transaction brings its own unique challenges that influence the decisions made, and the experience had, for all parties involved. A real estate sale can be extremely stressful, and sometimes requires creative problem solving to make things work. It’s such a joy to be an integral part of our agents succeed, and there is nothing I love more than seeing one of my agents advance their career as they help their clients reach their real estate goals.

In my free time I enjoy running, binge watching Netflix, cooking and spending quality time with my family, friends and my 140lb Italian Mastiff, Gator.

Fun Fact: I have been a vegetarian since 2012!
