Step 2: I saw that you were interested in a property in ________ (City). WHAT TIME would you like to go see it?
Step 3: What most of my other buyers find helpful is that I add a few other properties with similar characteristics to this one so we have a few homes to COMPARE it to. What are some of your “must haves” that you are looking for in your next home.
Closing: So, just to recap we will be all set to meet at _______(Date/Time) I will let you know what house to meet at first. I will send you a text right after this call so you have my personal information and we can stay connected.

Key Items to remember
● Calls should last about 5 mins. That’s the sweet spot!
● Your goal is an appointment. If they're out of state then a virtual one.
● Don’t worry about financing that comes later.
● Don’t refer to the “Listing Agent” say “Seller” instead.
● Smile, Laugh, be FUN! Buyers are looking for a great experience.
● Only take a call when you’re at a place you can comfortably do so.
