Hi! My name is Kate and I am the Inside Sales Associate for Live FL Realty. I just started my career in the Real Estate about 3 years ago and was luckily hired by our CEO and owner of Live FL Realty Casey Tray. It was an opportunity of a lifetime considering I was new in the industry but was given the chance to work with a team that has the passion to help people achieving the dream of homeownership.

My professional background is in Customer Service where I was a Contact Center Industry Representative for 11 years. It has always been my passion to help people, and real-estate is a great outlet for that. When I think about how big the decision is to buy or sell a home, I am honored to be on this team helping thousands of people in our community reach their real estate goals. Hearing and seeing the satisfaction of the people we help is so fulfilling and especially rewarding to me because I am present from the beginning of their inquiry with our company, all the way up to their closing date and far beyond that. It’s great to work alongside the Live Florida Realty team that shares the same drive, vision, and goals as me.

On a personal note, I am living with my younger brother Kiko. I'm a home body so I don't really go out a lot. However, if my schedule permits I love hiking to find peace and tranquility away from the busy life of urban living.
