Getting Your Home/ Property Ready to sell
When selling your home it is very important that we put our best foot forward for pictures and for showings. When photographing we use a 3D modeling camera that takes 360 degree images of each room in your home. This means that anything present in the room at the time of photography will be visible to people virtually walking through your home. If you have any belongings you would like to keep private please remove all items prior to the photography appointment. The 3D camera does not photograph closets so many clients choose to tuck away their belongings into their closets until all photos are taken. It is also important to spend a bit more time focusing on cleaning/neatening/decluttering the main areas of interest in the home. These areas include the master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, kitchen, and screened-in lanai’s. These are the areas that will truly wow the prospective buyers so the more presentable these areas are the better.
