My name is Michael Guillen and I was born and raised in New York City. My mom has been a real Estate Agent my whole life while my dad was an Entrepreneur. My childhood was spent at more open houses than I could remember, door knocking, handing out flyers and helping her where I could. I worked in my dads sneaker store in Brooklyn, his cleaners, his gyms, his magazine, etc. It is safe to say I have been around different businesses and people my whole life. What always stuck with me was that excitement when someone would finally get the house they have always dreamed of. I was happy to be part of that as a kid and now I want to help others find that same feeling.

I worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and graduated College with a degree in mathematics and have been working in Finance since College. I love working with numbers and providing excellent service for people. I tend to form meaningful connections with people as I love networking and finding common ground with others. I really do believe that we are all in this together and should all help one another. I moved to Lakeland about 2 years ago and have been loving it since. It has changed my life for the better in every way.

My goal is to provide the very best service and help you find that home you want or sell your home. This process can seem confusing and complicated. FUN FACT: I lost about 40 pounds in 3 months, found a love for fitness, became a licensed personal trainer and started a fitness brand to help and inspire others to improve!
