Stephen Novak

I am originally from the frigid north and grew up in Michigan. I moved to Florida to go to college at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. i picked FSC mainly because I could watch Tigers spring training games while in school. I fell in love with the area and decided to make this my home after college. I remember speaking with my mother the day I graduated and her asking if I was moving home to Michigan. At the time that she asked that question it was below freezing at there and told her maybe i would wait a few months. I have had an interest in real estate as long as I can remember, and the more I learned the move I grew to know this was my purpose. There is nothing more rewarding than meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals in the market.

When not running around helping clients in this busy industry, you can find me hanging with my wife & daughter. I also love rehabbing homes and tinkering on home projects. The process of planning, executing and completing a major project, like a kitchen remodel, is very rewarding for me.

Fun Fact: I love going to local theme parks and traveling to far off lands.
