Because of this Live Florida Realty has hundreds of 5 star reviews on the most commonly searched platforms including Google, Facebook, and Zillow. Our clients vocalizing their experiences on these various platforms has created immense business in this modern age where clients diligently research the people they are going to be doing business with before they make any decisions. This also vastly helps our newer agents who have yet to build their online reputation as they can point back potential clients to our online reviews and bolster their chances of representing that client as their agent.

Each of our agents have full access to our CRM software which will allow you to manage all client interactions in one easy to use place. In Follow Up Boss you can schedule all of your appointments, message with your clients, as well as take notes and set tasks for you to complete! This CRM is crucial when chasing your goals in real estate as it helps you to flawlessly manage your clients to maximize your time and your appointments set. We also use a real-estate search platform that has the ability to reach out to your clients to get more information on their search preferences, track what properties they are looking at, and give you intelligent reminders to reach out to the clients most likely to be converted. We also offer an “online-team” program where agents can gain access to lead opportunities from various platforms. Many of these leads are ready to set an appointment on a particular property they are interested in. This allows you to quickly meet the client in person and build an impactful connection with the client with the hopes of representing them moving forward. This is huge for agents as it lets you stay in the field showing homes and meeting with clients instead of grinding off phone calls and messages with the hope of setting some appointments. Once your clients are under-contract we have an incredible transaction coordination team to help you guide your client through the stresses of buying/selling their home. Once the transaction is completed you will re-join your clients at the closing table for pictures and you get the review!
