Real Estate Buyer Tip October 2nd, 2019

This is Nikki with Live Florida Realty here to give you this week’s buyer tip!

Although I have learned a lot from working in Real Estate over the years, I learned the most about the buying process from being an actual buyer.

Recently I closed on my first home near Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, Florida and I learned so much throughout this process.

The biggest thing I took away from the transaction was how crucial it is to turn in your loan documents as quickly as possible.

When obtaining a loan to purchase a home, your loan officer will request numerous documents such as verification of employment, pay stubs, tax returns, and many others.

It is important to tackle these items one at a time and quickly deliver them to your loan officer.

This will keep your loan moving forward and eliminate stress.

During my own transaction I was able to turn in many of the documents the same day they were requested!

Doing this allowed me to close on my home two weeks earlier than expected!

Not only did this shorten the time to close but it greatly reduced the stressfulness of the process as I wasn’t consistently fighting the deadlines.

So remember, when using a loan to purchase your home act quickly to deliver the required documents to your lender to ensure a smooth, low-stress process from start to finish!
