As many of you may know Lakeland, Florida is forecasted to be one of the hottest real estate markets in the United States during 2019.

 In fact, Lakeland has the fourth-largest growth rate in the United States at 3.2%. With this increased population growth compounded by our growing economy, home values in Lakeland have increased by 9.3 percent last year and are forecasted to increase an additional 7.4 percent within the next year.
